If you have an emergency issue during the days that we're closed, please go to support.gsati.com in any browser or mobile device and click on "Submit a Request" in the upper right-hand corner. You will then be taken to another page with a drop-down menu, choose General Assistance. Please fill out the form the best that you can and provide as much detail as possible for your issue and make sure you select Urgent in the priority field so the on-call team can be notified right away about your request.
